Mancat Monday: How high can I go?

Happy Monday, my critter friends and my human friends! Connor here for another Mancat Monday.

Mama doesn’t like me to get on top of the dresser in the bedroom. She says it’s too high and I might get hurt.

But notice that she took a picture of me up there.

Then she asked me to come down. She even held her arms up to try to help me down.

But I didn’t need help. I’m an agile cat, after all. I can always get down on my own. I just jump to the window seat below.

Mama needs to remember that we cats need to be up high sometimes. It makes us feel safe. And we need alone time sometimes. I mean, I have two sisters who are always trying to tell me what to do. Wouldn’t you try to get away sometimes too?

Anyway, I think I’m making a very good case for Mama and Papa to buy us a super deluxe, TALL cat tree. Don’t you think so?

  1. I am SO grateful Lizzie isn't a climber. I've never really had a climber and I think I'm relieved!

  3. We used to have a cat tree. Our cats did like it. But then when our cats changed to inside/outside cats, we sold it. Because after that, the cats were able to climb real trees. They still like to get up in the rafters of the house sometimes though.
