About this blog

This blog is about the joy of having cats. It’s about the pure and graceful spirit of the cat. It’s a way for me to honor the cats that have blessed my life, including those who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

I am a late-blooming cat person. As a younger Tina, I would have been surprised to know that I would become a cat person. It took me a while to realize that welcoming a cat into my life would be one of the best things I could ever do.

With this blog, I want to be a kindred spirit of those who also love cats. I want this blog to be a welcoming place for those who love their cats as family.

No cat is ever “just a cat.” Each cat is worthy of our love, respect, and care.

I am an advocate for the welfare of cats and all animals. I believe in adopting your next pet, not shopping for one. I support spay and neuter.

And with this blog, I hope to share with you the beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, love-filled life I have as I follow cats.
